PC Motorsports is looking forward to the “Border Wars” this weekend. We have teamed up with longtime car owner and crew chief David Bailey and veteran short track driver Tom Gille. David has been in the short track scene in the Midwest for a long time. Bailey got involved in the crate motor cars in the very beginning. He liked the rules package and bought one of the first Ford crate motors that were ever built. He teamed up with veteran driver Ron Breese Jr. in 2003 at the Madison International Speedway and together they dominated the class and won the championship. He later teamed up with veteran short tracker Tom Gille and they competed for 2 years at Madison in the crate rules class.
Together they won numerous features and finished second in the points 2 years in a row. Together they have competed in ASA Late Model Series North Division and the USPRO Cup Series. Tom has competed at the Rockford Speedway for many years and has 1000’s of laps around the ¼ mile high banks of the Rockford Speedway. The veteran driver will bring valuable insight to the young rookie driver this weekend. “I am so excited to have both Tom and Dave helping us this weekend for both races”. We are so fortunate to have these two veterans on the pit box this weekend. Plunket is currently 10th in the points and continues to improve each race.
Without the support of our sponsors, Excel Railcar, Bill Kay Chevrolet, , DLS custom embroidery, Studio Imaging , Discount Tire of Naperville we would not be able to compete in the ASA Late Model Series.. Visit our website @PCMotorsports63.com for updates and more information about our team.
With thanks to our new crew we Finished 9th at Rockford and 11th at Madison
