PC Motorsports 18 year old rookie driver Brad Plunket finished 11th in first race in Toledo last
weekend. Lead by veteran crew chief John Ferry the rookie kept out of trouble all day. The car
was “comfortable to drive thought out the race” a tired Plunket was happy with how things went.
It’s my first 100 plus lap race and Toledo is a demanding very fast race track. He qualified 26th
and continued to find speed throughout the weekend. We came in and topped of the fuel tank
and made a small adjustment to the car during the race.

Our goal was to complete the race and get some valuable set time. I want to thank the crew for
all the hard work. Brad is looking forward to this weekend at Illiana were he ran a limited late
model last season. We tested twice in early April and the car felt real comfortable. We found
some things during the test which should help us this weekend.

PC Motorsports will run the complete ASA Late Model Series North Division schedule and Brad
will compete for rookie of the year. It’s a real family affair having both grandparents and friends
all pitching in with a helping hand. The car carry’s the number 63 in honor of his grandfather
who is the fire chief in Lombard, IL and his badge number is 63. We want to thanks our
sponsors, Excel Railcar, Bill Kay Chevrolet, Discount Tire of Naperville, DLS Custom
Embroidery, and Studio Imaging, for their support, without them we would not be able to race.
